T1: My thesis "Cognitive, emotional and social intelligence: From individual decisions to social wellbeing."
In the
last two decades, scholars in management studies have employed tremendous
efforts to explain the sources of performance within firms, trying to explain
how emotional intelligence and cognitive intelligence are correlated with
performance and what are possible relationships between manager’s behaviors and
performance.
through this study ,we aime to find whether emotional intelligence
and cognitive abilities affect decision makers’ performance and cooperative
behavior.
In first sights ,using data collected from an experiment-based survey,
with 96 participants, we find a positive relationship between emotional
intelligence and performance. We also find that people with high levels of
emotional intelligence have a tendency to be less cooperative.
Sounds really interesting. Good lack!
